Our Demolition
Process
Step 1: Estimate & Proposal
We connect via Zoom call or an on-site visit to assess the project scope necessary for your property. After our site visit, a proposal is generated and sent to you. A deposit would then be required to secure all necessary permits and schedule the work.
No project is too big or too small.
Step 2: Securing Permits & Onsite Preparation
We handle all matters including securing the required permits from the local building departments & town municipalities. Once all paperwork is ready, we proceed with preparing the site.
Initially, we inspect the surrounding indoor and outdoor areas.
Step 3: Preparation of Tools and Equipment
Part of our interior demolition process is ensuring we have all the proper tools and machinery needed. Everything we need in one place enables us to do our job efficiently. Assessing this helps ensure we start and finish the project on schedule.
Step 4: The Demolition Process
We have a meticulous demolition process to ensure we do not damage other areas outside the project scope. No matter the size of the project, we give the same amount of care when tearing down interior features. We cap all electrical/plumbing lines and cover all objects and obstacles as needed to prepare for demolition.
"Any job can get it."
Step 5: Clearing of Debris
As we work through our projects we remove the debris safely and responsibly. Demolitions can be very messy. Cleaning up debris is a very daunting task if you're not prepared. Using the right partner matters. We work directly with local material processors to get jobs done.
Step 6: Site Review & Final Invoicing
After cleaning the site we review all work and produce a final Invoice. Going through our internal checklist to verify all areas of the project were up to our standards of satisfaction. Final invoices are then billed via email or text for convenience.
